Our History
1992
Telematic Media and Services is born in Barcelona as a result of the invention of the Multifax by its founder, Pedro Barceló.
1994
Its central offices are opened in the centre of Barcelona.
1996
Madrid office in the financial centre of the capital.
1997
Opening of a new site in Barcelona.
2004
Consulting C3 is born, the consulting company of the group specialized in Quality Audits, Customer Service Training, Customer Experience, Quality Surveys. Creation of the Standard C3 quality evaluation system.
2005
MST buys the company Fonomarket from Banco Sabadell.
2008
Opening of 1 new site in Barcelona exclusively international to serve Europe with native staff.
2011
eAlicia is born, the platform for the management, evaluation and control of quality and processes in service centres and the improvement of the Customer Experience

Espic is founded in Andorra. Joint venture of MST with Andorra Telecom.
