Un estudio realizado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ealicia.com\/ES\/eAlicia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eAlicia <\/a>entre todos sus suscriptores, clientes y trabajadores. Si a la pregunta sobre una mala experiencia hubieran respondido \u00abNo\u00bb se les preguntaba: \u00ab\u00bfCambiar\u00eda de producto si esta marca subiese el precio de su producto?\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Para terminar la encuesta les pregunt\u00e1bamos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 marca, empresa has tenido tu mala\/buena experiencia?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los encuestados pod\u00edan responder con un simple nombre pero tambi\u00e9n pod\u00edan explicar lo que les hab\u00eda pasado.<\/p>\n<p>Con solo tres preguntas hemos podido sacar unos datos muy significativos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>\u00abSolo cambiar\u00eda de marca si no pudiese permit\u00edrmelo\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>En los comentarios opcionales, nos hemos encontrado con observaciones interesantes: \u00abSolo cambiar\u00eda de marca si no pudiese permit\u00edrmelo\u00bb. Por ejemplo, sabemos que la marca Apple es de las m\u00e1s caras del mercado en lo que se refiere a telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil. Existen tel\u00e9fonos con mejores prestaciones a precios mucho m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micos. \u00bfLa diferencia? Una historia que empez\u00f3 hace a\u00f1os con la fidelizaci\u00f3n de clientes a trav\u00e9s del servicio personalizado.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00abMe lleg\u00f3 un paquete en mal estado y tardaron 2 d\u00edas en empezar los tr\u00e1mites de la devoluci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>Otro de los comentarios es el de una chica que tuvo una mala experiencia al comprar un producto por internet.\u00a0 La consumidora, que hizo un pedido en \u00abWish\u00bb, un portal de compra online, nos comenta en la encuesta lo siguiente: \u00abMe lleg\u00f3 un paquete en mal estado y tardaron 2 d\u00edas en empezar los tr\u00e1mites de la devoluci\u00f3n. La pr\u00f3xima vez pago un poco m\u00e1s y me aseguro de poder seguir en todo mi momento mi producto y poderlo devolver al instante si es preciso.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de ver dos casos en particular vamos con los datos gen\u00e9ricos del estudio.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>El 87% de los consumidores cambiar\u00eda de marca a ra\u00edz de una mala experiencia. Por otro lado, todos los que hab\u00edan respondido que <strong>no hab\u00edan tenido una mala experiencia,<\/strong> el 72% cambiar\u00eda de marca si esta subiese el precio.<\/p>\n<p>Otro dato que o hemos mencionado en este informe y que nos ha resultado interesante ha sido el porcentaje de portales de distribuci\u00f3n que aparec\u00edan en las respuestas de la tercera pregunta.
