Nos referimos a contar con una estrategia de atenci\u00f3n a nuestros usuarios, con atenci\u00f3n en \u201ctiempo real\u201d y estableciendo los par\u00e1metros para los tiempos de respuesta. Un modelo en el que como empresas podamos comunicarnos con nuestros clientes en nombre propio, remitir notificaciones sobre novedades en nuestros productos y servicios, entre un sinf\u00edn de posibilidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em><span style=\"color:#637d8b\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>La adopci\u00f3n de los canales digitales representa el futuro inmediato en el Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n, para una mayor <\/strong><\/span><\/em><strong><span style=\"color:#637d8b\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em>satisfacci\u00f3n de nuestros Clientes<\/em>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Tras la puesta en marcha e implementaci\u00f3n de modelos y canales de atenci\u00f3n fundamentados en una estrategia digital, disponemos ya de datos concluyentes en relaci\u00f3n al incremento en el \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes, as\u00ed como del retorno de la inversi\u00f3n en dichos Canales.
