La respuesta de las marcas a la pandemia ha adelantado hasta siete a\u00f1os la digitalizaci\u00f3n de las interacciones con los clientes y la cadena de suministro. Para acelerar la recuperaci\u00f3n y facilitar la transici\u00f3n a la nueva realidad econ\u00f3mica en Espa\u00f1a ser\u00e1 necesario un esfuerzo por parte de las empresas, que pueden abordar este esfuerzo desde tres horizontes:&nbsp; resiliencia, retorno y reinvenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un contexto de evoluci\u00f3n digital acelerada, los Chatbot son la nueva forma de asistencia al cliente por la que debemos apostar. Si bien, los chatbots no est\u00e1n pensados para implementarse de forma casual, sino que requieren de un trabajo y estudio previos que permitan una implementaci\u00f3n sin fisuras y en l\u00ednea con los objetivos de la marca. Algunas de las claves para su \u00e9xito son las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Dale personalidad.<\/u><\/strong> Un Chatbot con personalidad propia y que pueda mantener una conversaci\u00f3n fluida con los usuarios es un aspecto esencial en el \u00e9xito de este.
