Seg\u00fan el estudio, \u201cel 37% ha adoptado los chatbots, y el 34% ha incorporado asistentes virtuales en los \u00faltimos 12 meses\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto implica que, hoy en d\u00eda, las empresas que no aportan a sus equipos las herramientas necesarias para&nbsp;<strong>trabajar de una manera m\u00e1s eficiente y productiva<\/strong>, como acceso a nuevas plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas o la mejora al acceso de datos, tienen un claro problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el mercado\u00a0B2B es imprescindible que los canales de venta est\u00e9n a la \u00faltima\u00a0para llegar a todo el p\u00fablico potencial. Cada vez es m\u00e1s habitual\u00a0<strong>perder posibles operaciones sin haber siquiera interactuado con el cliente<\/strong>, ya que estos realizan su propia investigaci\u00f3n de mercado y comparativas a trav\u00e9s de la informaci\u00f3n que encuentran en el \u00e1mbito digital.
