Asimismo, la nueva realidad ha conllevado un incremento exponencial del uso de la inteligencia artificial en los contact centers.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las empresas est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s centradas en ofrecer una experiencia interactiva y de atenci\u00f3n al cliente excelente. Esta tendencia, sumada al impacto de la crisis que oblig\u00f3 a muchos contact centers a migrar a la nube y ofrecer la posibilidad de teletrabajo a sus operadores, ha incrementado de forma exponencial el mercado de los contact centers en la nube, que se espera que alcance los 50.000 millones de d\u00f3lares en 2025, seg\u00fan datos de ResearchAndMarkets. Deutsche Telekom analiza las tendencias y los principales puntos de evoluci\u00f3n de los contact centers para este 2022, donde la migraci\u00f3n al cloud, la inteligencia artificial, el ahorro de costes y la seguridad de los datos, marcar\u00e1n las principales l\u00edneas de actuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Modernizaci\u00f3n basada en la nube<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los contact centers tradicionales se han quedado obsoletos para la nueva realidad en la que la comunicaci\u00f3n empresa-cliente es 100% virtual. Las dificultades para ofrecer un servicio omnicanal y la b\u00fasqueda de una mayor seguridad ha convertido a las soluciones cloud en la principal tecnolog\u00eda para migrar los contact centers tradicionales. La migraci\u00f3n a la nube ser\u00e1 adoptada por el 50% de los call centers en 2022, pero el principal desaf\u00edo de las empresas se encuentra en elegir la soluci\u00f3n cloud adecuada y el socio estrat\u00e9gico para llevar a cabo este objetivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Incremento de la automatizaci\u00f3n mediante la inteligencia artificial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nueva realidad impulsada por la pandemia y afianzada en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o ha conllevado un incremento exponencial del uso de la inteligencia artificial en los contact centers. La IA ofrece inmediatez en la respuesta adem\u00e1s de una hiperpersonalizaci\u00f3n del mensaje gracias a tecnolog\u00edas de Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural (NPL). Es decir, la interacci\u00f3n con el asistente virtual se hace de forma natural y cercana, lo que se traduce en una experiencia de cliente muy positiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La optimizaci\u00f3n del proceso de gesti\u00f3n de llamadas y la mejora en la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, conllevar\u00e1 un aumento en la adopci\u00f3n de este tipo de aplicaciones en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, siguiendo la tendencia del pasado a\u00f1o, en el que una de cada tres empresas implement\u00f3 la respuesta de voz interactiva, seg\u00fan los \u00faltimos datos de Statista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seguridad de datos y ahorro de costes, una prioridad para las compa\u00f1\u00edas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La confidencialidad y la privacidad de los datos son dos pilares de vital importancia para los contact centers. Por ello, cada vez son m\u00e1s los centros que ven en la nube la tecnolog\u00eda que garantiza el cumplimiento de la legislaci\u00f3n en materia de seguridad, a la vez que permite acceder a toda la informaci\u00f3n de forma remota sin poner en peligro la informaci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y sus clientes. Adem\u00e1s, la flexibilidad y la escalabilidad de la nube, que ofrece la posibilidad de adaptar la capacidad del sistema en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades y las diferentes modalidades de cloud existentes (p\u00fablica, privada o h\u00edbrida), permite ahorrar costes de infraestructura al no tener ni instalaciones ni personal propio para la gesti\u00f3n o el mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ventajas de la telefon\u00eda en la nube<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mercado de sistemas de telefon\u00eda en la nube est\u00e1 creciendo constantemente. De 2017 a 2022, las extensiones en la nube aumentar\u00e1n de 13 millones a 26 millones en Europa.
