A este escenario se le suma la tendencia que se ha consolidado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en las relaciones y las ventas B2B:&nbsp;<strong>la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El estudio dictamina que estos negocios est\u00e1n en plena transformaci\u00f3n y los clientes est\u00e1n cambiando su forma de interactuar, dando mayor importancia a la\u00a0<strong>flexibilidad mediante la adopci\u00f3n de canales y encontrando experiencias de compra m\u00e1s personalizadas<\/strong>\u00a0y sin interrupciones. \u00abEst\u00e1n mejor posicionadas para cumplir con las expectativas de sus clientes, mejorar el rendimiento comercial y lograr un cambio radical en su crecimiento\u00bb, se se\u00f1ala desde McKinsey. Esto va de la mano con una encuesta realizada por Forrester que revel\u00f3 que el\u00a0<strong>41% de los compradores<\/strong>\u00a0cree que\u00a0<strong>los canales anal\u00f3gicos se han vuelto menos importantes que los digitales.<\/strong>\u00a0Hay que tener en cuenta que la pandemia tambi\u00e9n ha sido causante de que se acelere este proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto implica que, hoy en d\u00eda, las empresas que no aportan a sus equipos las herramientas necesarias para&nbsp;<strong>trabajar de una manera m\u00e1s eficiente y productiva<\/strong>, como acceso a nuevas plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas o la mejora al acceso de datos, tienen un claro problema. Respecto a la omnicanalidad, un dato a destacar es que el 72% de las empresas B2B que venden a trav\u00e9s de siete o m\u00e1s canales aumentaron su cuota de mercado. Este nuevo est\u00e1ndar de omnicalidad se traduce en el uso de diez por m\u00e1s canales en tres modelos de interacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El valor de los datos en las ventas B2B<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El auge de la venta virtual ha provocado que las organizaciones enfocadas a las ventas B2B est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s dispuesto a utilizar\u00a0<strong>las \u00faltimas tecnolog\u00edas para apoyar sus decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas<\/strong>\u00a0en datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan un estudio de\u00a0<strong>Gartner<\/strong>, en el a\u00f1o 2026\u00a0<strong>el 65% de las organizaciones de ventas B2B pasar\u00e1n del modelo tradicional de toma de decisiones basada en la intuici\u00f3n a un plan basado en los datos.<\/strong>\u00a0El objetivo es aprovechar las tecnolog\u00edas que sean capaces de unir el flujo de trabajo, los datos y el an\u00e1lisis. Adem\u00e1s, debido a la modernizaci\u00f3n de estrategia de ventas virtuales podr\u00e1n crear un soporte dise\u00f1ado para mejorar el compromiso del cliente, apoyar las acciones del vendedor gracias a los datos y simplificar los flujos de trabajo de los vendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teniendo en cuenta la importancia de los datos, los expertos de Gartner recomiendan a las organizaciones la<strong>&nbsp;evaluaci\u00f3n de dos tipos<\/strong>&nbsp;de transacciones B2B:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Uno basado en volumen y velocidad,<\/strong>&nbsp;en el que los ciclos de ventas son m\u00e1s cortos (menos de tres meses), est\u00e1n relacionados con negocios m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os (menos de 25.000 d\u00f3lares), con un comit\u00e9 de compras peque\u00f1o, formado por menos de seis partes interesadas, y generalmente para productos de menor complejidad.<\/li><li>Otro modelo de&nbsp;<strong>grandes empresas que se ejecuta durante periodos m\u00e1s largos,<\/strong>&nbsp;de seis meses o m\u00e1s, con acuerdos de mayor tama\u00f1o, que pueden ser de m\u00e1s de 125.000 d\u00f3lares, que cuentan con un comit\u00e9 de compras de entre 8 y 11 partes interesadas, y que normalmente corresponde a productos complejos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Simplificar los flujos de trabajo<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Automatizar tareas rutinarias<\/strong>&nbsp;que consumen mucho tiempo de los comerciales es esencial.
