Y mantenerlo intacto no es tan f\u00e1cil como parece, ya que el trabajo de los servicios de atenci\u00f3n al cliente se traduce en una labor continuada, entregada y directa con los consumidores para resolverles cualquier duda o incidencia que tengan. Este trato directo tambi\u00e9n implica que, si se comete un error o fallo, el primer afectado ser\u00e1 el propio cliente, lo que puede terminar convirti\u00e9ndose en una situaci\u00f3n negativa para cualquier marca.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los consumidores espa\u00f1oles lo tienen bastante claro en este sentido: ante una mala experiencia con el departamento de atenci\u00f3n al cliente de una marca o empresa, casi el 90% de ellos dejar\u00eda de consumir sus productos o servicios. Estas son unas de las conclusiones del&nbsp;<strong>Estudio de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas cifras ponen en relieve la gran relevancia que tiene la experiencia de cliente en ciertas <strong>situaciones como en caso de aver\u00eda o incidencia<\/strong>. Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 pueden hacer las empresas para potenciar la efectividad de sus servicios de atenci\u00f3n al cliente y a la vez mejorar su propia imagen de marca? Para obtener la respuesta adecuada a esta pregunta, primero hay que conocer qu\u00e9 valoran m\u00e1s los consumidores cuando contactan con estos servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este sentido, la rapidez de la gesti\u00f3n (especialmente si hablamos de servicios Help Desk) de resoluci\u00f3n de incidentes o aver\u00edas, se corona como el factor m\u00e1s valorado por los clientes cuando contacta con el servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente de una marca o empresa. As\u00ed lo afirma el 52% de los consumidores espa\u00f1oles, mientras que tres de cada 10 se decantan por la reducci\u00f3n de los tiempos de espera en procesos como la renovaci\u00f3n o el seguimiento de incidencias; y el 14% valora positivamente una reducci\u00f3n del tiempo de la llamada. No obstante, cuando se enfrentan a un problema t\u00e9cnico, el 44% de los clientes valora la velocidad de la resoluci\u00f3n frente al 29% que se decanta por la calidad de la soluci\u00f3n ofrecida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La principal conclusi\u00f3n que se puede sacar de estos datos es que hoy en d\u00eda los clientes aprecian mucho el poco tiempo libre y valoran aquellos servicios que les ahorran tiempo en reparaciones y aver\u00edas muy por encima de un resultado positivo<strong>, ya que los consumidores presuponen que la gesti\u00f3n va a ser de calidad.<\/strong>&nbsp;Por ello, es preciso que los equipos de&nbsp;<strong>atenci\u00f3n al cliente<\/strong>&nbsp;sean \u00e1giles en sus respuestas, conozcan a fondo las posibles incidencias que puedan surgir y procuren no hacer esperar demasiado a los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otra parte, hay que tener en cuenta que&nbsp;<strong>los compradores espa\u00f1oles prefieren un contacto m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sico, directo y personal con los servicios de atenci\u00f3n al cliente, aunque las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas ofrezcan cada vez m\u00e1s v\u00edas para esta labor.<\/strong>&nbsp;As\u00ed, el tel\u00e9fono sigue siendo el canal favorito de los consumidores para conectar con el servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente de una tienda online, con un 57%, muy por delante de otros canales como el correo electr\u00f3nico (17%), el chat online (11%), las redes sociales (9%) y Whatsapp (6%). Estas cifras son la evidencia de que cualquier negocio, por muy tecnol\u00f3gico y moderno que sea, no puede prescindir de este canal de comunicaci\u00f3n tan demandado. Siendo conscientes de todos estos datos, queda claro que el \u00e1rea del servicio al cliente es una pieza clave cuando una empresa tiene como objetivo garantizar una buena experiencia de marca.
