Se ultiman los preparativos para que todo est\u00e9 listo para la llegada de los asistentes al taller de Customer Experience que imparten&nbsp;<strong>Patricia Guerrero y Karen Quipusco,<\/strong>&nbsp;nuestras consultoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D-Link, Roche, Esteve Teijin, Caja de Ingenieros, Diagonal Partners, Porteralia y Grupo Peralada son algunas de las empresas que asisten a la MasterClass de Customer Experience. Con todos los invitados ya sentados, la directora de ventas de C3, Virginia Jimenez, ha presentado al Staff y ha dado por iniciado el taller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera tesitura: \u201c\u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido vuestra \u00faltima experiencia como consumidores?\u201d, pregunta Patricia Guerrero, encargada de llevar el an\u00e1lisis y la presentaci\u00f3n del tema del taller. Mediante unas tarjetas de colores situadas debajo de los asientos, los asistentes responden (Verde: Positiva, Violeta: Negativa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Customer Centric?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para implementar una buena experiencia de Cliente hay que tener en cuenta infinidad de factores, no solo que se le d\u00e9 un buen trato al consumidor cuando est\u00e1 en la tienda.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cTenemos que elaborar un plan donde poder realizar una personalizaci\u00f3n, una integridad, una expectativa, tiempo y esfuerzo, una resoluci\u00f3n y generar empat\u00eda para cada tipo de cliente\u201d<\/strong>, comenta Karen Quipusco, encargada de analizar el proceso de Experiencia de Cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Infinidad de temas interesantes que flotan en el aire de la terraza del hotel pero no hay tiempo para mucho m\u00e1s.
