Esperamos vuestras respuestas. \u00a1S\u00edguenos en Linkedin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/318189\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">para estar al d\u00eda de la actividad de la empresa<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Cuando los clientes llaman por\u00a0<strong>primera vez<\/strong>\u00a0para informar de una\u00a0<strong>incidencia<\/strong>\u00a0con su servicio o producto suelen estar enojados con la marca. La persona que atiende la llamada no tiene responsabilidad sobre el enfado del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, tendemos a\u00a0<strong>implicarnos emocionalmente<\/strong>, reaccionando con el mismo nivel de enfado con el que nos est\u00e1 tratando el cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Os descubrimos tres claves para gestionar de una forma positiva esta implicaci\u00f3n emocional con el cliente:<\/p>\n<h4>Perspectiva<\/h4>\n<p>Responder a un cliente desde el punto de vista de \u201cyo tengo raz\u00f3n\u201d no tiene nada que ver con responder desde el punto de vista de \u201cmi objetivo es solucionar el conflicto\u201d. Por lo tanto, os recomendamos que cambi\u00e9is vuestra perspectiva \u00a0de la situaci\u00f3n. Evitar entrar en la discusi\u00f3n sobre qui\u00e9n tiene raz\u00f3n. Es m\u00e1s efectivo y positivo centrarse en resolver el conflicto.<\/p>\n<h3>Rol<\/h3>\n<p>Como que vuestro rol ya no es defenderse de los ataques de un cliente furioso, no es necesario entrar en discusiones ni actitudes defensivas.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo rol que pod\u00e9is adoptar es el de\u00a0<strong>facilitador de soluciones<\/strong>. Este rol incluye:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entender bien cual es el problema real del cliente<\/li>\n<li>Hacer preguntas inteligentes<\/li>\n<li>Conocer perfectamente los protocolos y procesos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar un tono de voz, volumen y entonaci\u00f3n adecuados para que el cliente se tranquilice y est\u00e9 m\u00e1s receptivo para colaborar en la soluci\u00f3n del conflicto.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar frases del tipo: \u201cSr\u2026estoy aqu\u00ed para ayudarle\u201d, \u201cseguro que entre los dos podemos solucionarlo\u201d, \u201centiendo su enfado y me gustar\u00eda llegar a un acuerdo con usted para solucionarlo\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Dominar las habilidades de la\u00a0inteligencia emocional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Confianza<\/h3>\n<p>Finalmente, deb\u00e9is confiar que si trat\u00e1is de forma correcta al cliente enfadado, reaccionar\u00e1 favorablemente.<\/p>\n<p>Al transmitir esa seguridad de hacer bien las cosas (no entrar en una guerra personal, sino solucionar un tema laboral), el cliente reaccionar\u00e1: reducir\u00e1 su nivel de estr\u00e9s, su enfado y su tono, el vocabulario y actitud cambiar\u00e1, pudiendo reconducir de una forma m\u00e1s sencilla la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n deb\u00e9is aseguraros que est\u00e1is seguros de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qu\u00e9 es negociable y qu\u00e9 no lo es.<\/li>\n<li>Poder identificar la emoci\u00f3n del cliente (ver\u00a0tipolog\u00edas de clientes) y \u00a0controlar vuestro \u00edmpetu de subir el volumen de voz, aumentar la agresividad de vuestra entonaci\u00f3n y dominar vuestro vocabulario.<\/li>\n<li>Disponer de las habilidades\u00a0de negociaci\u00f3n necesarias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pregunta de reflexi\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 pens\u00e1is cuando os sent\u00eds atacados por vuestros clientes? \u00bfQu\u00e9 rol es \u00a0m\u00e1s adecuado adoptar?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1S\u00edguenos en Linkedin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/318189\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">para estar al d\u00eda de la actividad de la empresa<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mstholdingblog.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Te interesa saber&#8230;<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las tres claves para gestionar la implicaci\u00f3n emocional con el cliente Al final del post, encontrar\u00e1s una pregunta que os hacemos.
