Piensa en un cliente t\u00edpico que quieras fidelizar, en como es, que suele comprar, como se comporta cuando las cosas van bien y cuando las cosas van mal, qu\u00e9 frases o palabras suele utilizar, a que se dedica, que informaci\u00f3n adicional tienes de \u00e9l.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Escribir cual es el<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>objetivo de fidelizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: volver a comprar el mismo producto\/servicio dentro de tres meses, aumentar el importe de la pr\u00f3xima compra un 5% en este mes, conseguir tres recomendaciones suyas a nuevos clientes en el a\u00f1o. En la atenci\u00f3n al cliente es primordial tener los objetivos claros para poder hacer una propuesta de valor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Detallar qu\u00e9 puede motivar a tu cliente:\u00a0<\/strong>descuentos, agradecimiento, puntos canjeables, no m\u00e1s llamadas, informaci\u00f3n adicional sobre su contrato\/producto\/servicio.
